Stefan Herold

Stefan Herold, Euro-Assessor EFQM started his career in law enforcement and held diverse management and training functions. In order to accept a new challenge in private industry, he worked from 1987 to 1999 at a medium-sized security firm, ultimately becoming a company officer. It was here that he already distinguished himself in 1993 through the introduction of a quality management system in the Transport/Logistics Division which he also successfully managed to attain certification. Thereafter, he moved over to consulting and worked for a management consulting firm that was active throughout Germany as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager and supported numerous companies in the security industry on management projects until they became certified and accredited in accordance with the relevant norms and guidelines. At the same time, he played a prominent role in the security industry in his function as a Partner and Technical Consultant to a vocational training institute for security and service.

In 2002, from this management consulting firm, a public limited company was formed to provide management and technology consulting with a specialisation in quality, security, organisation, rationalisation and innovation which Stefan Herold dynamically supported as the Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board and a Senior Consultant. In addition to now possessing 10 years of consulting experience, diverse training and continuing education classes in project management and corporate management, active consulting and a business management university study programme have also strengthened his industry-related, well-founded expertise. Since July 2009, he has been a partner at the Aarcon GbR Management Consulting Firm with its headquarters in Munich and which is active throughout Europe.
