Anastasiia Savchenko

Anastasiia Savchenko, a graduate of Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich with a degree in sociology, recently joined the Aarcon Management Consulting team as an HR consultant.

Thanks to her many years of practical experience in the security industry, first as a front office manager and later as a personnel dispatcher, she has comprehensive expertise and a deep understanding of customer needs in areas such as property, personal, and event security.

She also had her first encounters with security technology.

This experience has taught her to act professionally even under pressure and to take on a high degree of responsibility.

As a personnel dispatcher, her responsibilities included maintaining customer contacts, filling key positions, and planning personnel deployment. She now brings this knowledge and experience to her work as an HR consultant, where she provides expert support to her colleagues.
